• Leads the work of the association like the pastor leads a church
• Helps equip church leaders
• Ministers to and with the pastors of the Association
• Ministers to church staff members
• Assists churches to be Acts 1:8 churches
• He assists whenever asked by a church to train committees
• Works with churches in developing ministry opportunities
• He involves churches whenever he can
