Pastor/Staff Peer Learning Groups - participating ministers meet together every month for two years for personal growth, friendship building, and accountability.

Pastors, Deacons & their wives are invited to this event. "Crucial Commitments of Effective Deacons" - Leader,  David Burgess, from Northgate, Tampa.  He has served churches for 30 years. He has worked with healthy and struggling churches in developing strong Deacon ministries.
